EMP SERV, LLC Pipestone seeks a Farm Team Coordinator in Pipestone, MN. Duties: Assist with on-boarding new Farm Team members. Lead the process of assisting team members with earning their driver's license in the United States. Perform 30-day review for all Farm Team members 30 days post placement at their permanent farm. Serve as the Pipestone point of contact for Farm Team members that have questions following their placement at their permanent farm. Assist in the production and translation of the monthly Farm Team newsletter. Communicate with team members annually to assess goals. Proactively identify needs for employee transfer to improve team member retention and Farm Team customer satisfaction. Develop and implement the Farm Team training pod. Coordinate trainers and training farms. Communicate schedules to trainers and trainees. Identify areas of weakness of the trainee and communicate these as areas of focus for the trainers. Track and communicate the progress of each Farm Team trainee while in training. Manage direct reports for Pipestone s customers that subscribe to this service. Communicate daily schedule. Coordinate regular training to advance team members. Assist with communication between Farm Team technicians and other supervisors, veterinarians, and owners. Mange timecards for direct reports on ADP. Telecommuting permitted. Requires travel and placement at indeterminate client locations throughout the United States. 40 hours/week, $41,205 - $65,000 per year.
