OverviewProvide coordination and technical support around Manufacturing with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, productivity improvement, product safety and regulatory management. Collects and analyzes data, formulates conclusions, and communicates recommendations to influence and support business decisions. This position will be focused on sustaining processing within SAP.Responsibilities* Develop action plans with Production, Quality, Raw Materials, Warehouse, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.* Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes.* Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance.* Review and release production to Logistics.* Perform inventory counts and reconciliation for all materials as needed.* Provide inventory posts and receive all materials in SAP.* Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.* Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel. This includes Food Safety audits, AIB GMP audits, regulatory audits, etc.* Conduct training on changes and updates to SAP systems, procedures, and testing requirements* Subject Matter Expert for SAP systems.* Responsible for documentation control.* Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Plant Leadership.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,200 - $64,000 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Preferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing.
