Description

Our client located in the North Hills, PA is in need of multiple Market Research Specialists for a long-term contract position; possibly contract to hire. The position is fully on-site and pays up to $18 per hour. Hours after training are 8:30AM - 5:00PM. The ideal candidate must be fluent on the phone and friendly while able to read scripted documents while talking and typing simultaneously. Prior customer service experience a bonus! Looking to hire motivated candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research through phone calls, following scripted documents

• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Multi-task by handling calls and simultaneously inputting data into the system

• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals

• Familiarize yourself with the products and services we offer to provide accurate information to customers

• Use your skills in Call Center Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction

• Assist in other customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in handling and resolving customer complaints and inquiries

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Proficiency in conducting customer surveys and analyzing feedback

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred

• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection regulations

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
