WE Business Management, Inc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Using company software for route standardization, develop daily route assignments based on student and school requirements. Optimize routes for effective utilization of resources and assets to meet customer requirements. Assigns transportation eligibility codes and bus stops for students. Prepare various reports on a daily basis, i.e. route change requests, sequence change requests, new customer requests, etc. Monitors all student population changes and communicates with the various districts administration to develop and maintain a seamless flow of student routing information requirements. Works with schools administration to effect transportation services and modifications.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience with computerized applications and strong ability to leverage technology to deliver results. 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

Annual Starting Rate: $65,000.00
