Chewy Senior Merchandising Operations Program Manager in Plantation, Florida

Our Opportunity:

At Chewy we are building a Retail Operations team to become the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business and are looking for a Sr. Program Manager in Plantation, FL. This role will be standing up our Voice of Vendor program, where we collect feedback from our vendor partners on the largest pain points and execute process improvements to enhance our overall vendor experience. This role will also launch a new vendor training program and help us scale vendor engagements, enabling us to build relationships with our partners across multiple methods that are as unique and diverse as our vendor community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop process and KPIs for collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and launching process improvements across the end-to-end vendor experience.

  • Integrate anecdotes and data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews quantifying positive impact within our partner community.

  • Develop a New Vendor training program that ensures new-to-Chewy vendors have a positive first interaction with Chewy and are set up for long-term success.

  • Create a prioritized roadmap for monthly vendor training sessions and vendor self-service resources.

  • Develop multiple methods to scale vendor engagements including (but not limited to) vendor roundtables, tradeshow engagements, one-to-many virtual engagements, and one-on-one calls.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced setting or similar Customer Service or Partner Success environment directly managing multiple, cross-functional programs.

  • Experience managing and overseeing product, merchanding, and operations relationships.

  • Proficient in utilizing project management software tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, JIRA, Oracle CRM, etc.) to manage and optimize process workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points.

  • Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt workback plans while still delivering on time.

  • Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently illustrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in ambiguous situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player, passionate about motivating and/or mentoring team members, fostering a positive team environment and culture

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Learning and Development, Operations, or related field.

  • Travel is expected 10% of the year.
