The salary range for this role is:\$64,718.69 - \$106,763.83 Responsibilities: Must be flexible to work either 1st shift (6am-2pm) or 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for labeling, storage, and inventory under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to optimize costs to achieve planned fixed and variable cost targets, ensure compliance with Del Monte Policies and Procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Employee Safety, Quality, and Food Safety Systems. Supervise employees to achieve labeling and storage targets Assist in coordinating maintenance activities for warehouse equipment. Maintain effective employee relations to improve motivation and productivity through the use of continuousimprovement and lean manufacturing concepts. Maximize the use of personnel. Utilize GMP, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure that Del Monte, State and Federal requirementsare achieved. Ensure labeling production utilizes proper materials and packaging specs per bill of materials. Participate in the annual physical finished goods inventory. Ensure product safety through development, review, and enforcement of company policy. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and corporate food safety regulatory standards. Review and enforce company quality standards provided by facility, regional and corporate quality authorities. Other duties as assigned.
