Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected law firm in Portland, Oregon, searching for a Legal Office Assistant to join their team!

This position is looking to start as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the legal staff in managing and organizing various legal files.

• Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all appointments, and important deadlines are accurately recorded and met.

• Be the face of the firm and provide excellent, professional communications with staff and client.

• Additional office administration tasks.

• 1+ YOE in an office setting providing administrative support, ideally within a law firm

The salary range for this position is $20-23/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
