ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Poughkeepsie, New York

Our client in Poughkeepsie NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the call center team. The ideal candidate will have great phone etiquette, multi-tasking and computer skills which will align successfully in the organization. 2 Shifts:Tuesday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm or Sunday-Wednesday 8am-4pm and Thursday 12pm-8pm.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $17-$18 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Call Center Representative Temp-Perm

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls

  • Appointment setting

  • Answering Customer inquiries and directing calls

  • Heavy data-entry

What’s Needed?

  • Call Center CSR experience

  • Superior computer skills

  • Multitasking abilities

  • A reliable internet connection (will test the speed)

  • A reliable computer capable of running multiple platforms
