Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will engage in the packaging and trimming of spiral wound reverse osmosis elements, as well as the prepping of tubes. Your responsibilities will include using a vacuum sealer and tape to package products, performing precision trimming to each leaf according to the assigned product outer diameter, and operating a Material Cutting Machine and Sonic Welding Machine for cutting raw materials to proper lengths and assembling element packs. Additionally, you will perform regular visual quality inspections of RO elements and maintain cleanliness at your workstation and surrounding areas to ensure a safe work environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Poway, California.

Work Environment

Work in a team environment focused on the safe production of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements. Cross-training and periodic rotation of workstations are implemented to maximize growth opportunities. Expect exposure to dust, high humidity, extreme temperatures, solvents, primers, and machine noise. Occasional work in tight areas inside machines (when not running) is also required.
