Summary:
Performs the Daily Functions of and physical requirements associated with product, package, and equipment movement management. Complete supply, package, and equipment delivery throughout the facility. Proper restocking of PAR locations including picking product from on-site inventory if applicable. Manage Interoffice and U.S.P.S. mail, enter shipments into Fed-Ex SDS Web site, assist with Office Supply ordering through contracted vendor site. Unload trucks and perform dock-logging of deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages throughout the facility through the use of the Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) handheld scanner. • Process shipping through SCS Freight Management. • Order Periodic Automated Replenishment (PAR) locations with the use of the MSCM handheld scanner. • Re-Stock PAR locations. • Handle interoffice and inbound/outbound United States Postal Service (USPS) mail. • Ensure cleanliness of area, including, breaking down boxes and disposal of trash. • Audit and restock medical gases (I.E. Oxygen). • Pick and/or issue supplies for departments and/or PAR locations from Perpetual Inventory Locations. • If Applicable order office supplies through our preferred Office Supply Vendor. • Re-Stock Inventory Locations. • Unload or load trucks as needed throughout the day. • Perform Dock-Logging activities (I.E. Fed-Ex / UPS). • Provide miscellaneous supply replenishment (I.E. Isolation Supplies). • Handle supply movement throughout the facility (pumps, beds, etc.). • Handle ordering and distribution of rental equipment and devices. • May be expected to perform duties at a higher or lower level for short term coverage. • Other Duties as assigned
