The Opportunity

ISMG is seeking an experienced & technically adept Digital Marketing Operations Manager. In this pivotal hands-on role, you will be responsible for building & maintaining advanced WordPress websites, managing & automating complex digital marketing campaigns using tools like Marketo & Stripo, & aligning marketing automation strategies with business objectives.

You will leverage your expertise in modern web development & marketing automation to optimize digital marketing efforts & drive business results. You will also play a strategic role in planning, managing, & overseeing the execution of digital marketing projects for all ISMG business units.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing, & maintaining complex WordPress websites, including custom themes & plugins for ISMG Business Units

  • Implementing enhancements to website aesthetics, performance, & SEO in close collaboration with design & content teams according to brand guidelines

  • Creating custom landing pages & optimizing site speed using advanced web performance techniques, leveraging the latest in front-end frameworks

  • Leading the integration of our websites with marketing & CRM platforms, such as Salesforce & HubSpot, ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems using APIs, webhooks, & middleware solutions

  • Designing & automating multi-channel marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo & Stripo

  • Driving the strategic planning, development, & innovation of new digital marketing initiatives across business units embracing our use of AI tools

  • Designing, implementing, & monitoring KPI dashboards to track website & marketing campaign performance

  • Conducting deep analysis of marketing campaign metrics using advanced tools & frameworks to generate actionable insights & strategies

  • Serving as a technical lead, translating business requirements into sophisticated digital marketing solutions

  • Collaborating with global marketing teams, designers, web developers, & content creators to deliver engaging campaign assets

  • Guiding cross-functional teams through project planning & execution, providing accurate task estimations, overseeing deliverable timelines & ensuring adherence to agile methodologies & deadlines

    What You’ll Bring for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations and/or web design focused role

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex web projects & teams using agile methodologies

  • Extensive experience building & maintaining advanced WordPress websites, including custom themes/plugin development & WordPress REST API

  • Strong expertise in web performance optimization, SEO, A/B testing methodologies, & data analytics

  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology integrations, including CRM, web analytics, & automation tools

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns 

  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail & ability to generate metrics-driven insight & strategies

    Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in full-stack web development, including experience with HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript frameworks 

  • Experience designing & automating multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with server-side languages such as Python, or Node.js

  • Advanced understanding of web security practices & compliance

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), & cloud hosting platforms
