Who You Are
Experienced in strategic planning, project management , and the development of metrics-driven programs, with a proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and align them with organizational goals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, capable of overseeing multiple complex projects and workstreams while driving informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Familiar with organizational structures, roles, and resource management strategies, with the ability to track and report on funding, resource allocation, and key deliverables at a strategic level.
Skilled in defining and tracking success criteria for programs , using data to quantify progress, prioritize initiatives, and measure program maturity.
Proficient in creating presentations and reports, with a focus on communicating metrics, KPIs/KRIs , and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Adept at fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, integrating them into strategies that drive organizational efficiency and innovation.
Role Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Metrics-Driven Execution
Help drive the development of metrics-driven strategies that utilize KPIs/KRIs to measure progress, enhance program maturity, and achieve long-term organizational success.
Partner with senior manager and leadership to prioritize high visibility workstreams, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and strategic objectives.
Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports that highlight program performance, key achievements, risks, and areas for future investment, driving actionable insights for leadership.
Program Success Tracking
Define success criteria for initiatives and track them using quantitative metrics to ensure all projects meet their objectives, with an emphasis on enterprise-wide outcomes.
Establish scalable frameworks for continuous improvement , leveraging data to refine resource allocation and enhance program impact.
Oversee tools and methodologies for tracking project progress, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, driving consistent operational excellence.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate multi-team efforts to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and clear accountability for strategic goals.
Oversee the management of deliverables, milestones, and resource needs across initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Facilitate regular communication between senior leadership and teams, maintaining focus on strategic priorities and driving accountability.
Collaboration & Leadership
Foster collaboration across teams and functions to align efforts with organizational goals, while mentoring team members and cultivating leadership capabilities.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals and long-term strategies.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across cross-functional teams, driving successful execution of key programs and fostering organizational alignment.
Required Qualifications
5 + years of experience in strategic planning, program/project management , or a similar role, preferably within a security or technology environment.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
Proficiency with tools and platforms for project and program management , such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, or similar, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for developing reports, presentations, and dashboards. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and manage metrics-driven programs using KPIs, KRIs, and frameworks such as OKRs and CMMI , applying quantitative measures to track, prioritize, and evaluate program success.
Demonstrated experience in delivering executive-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate project progress, metrics, and actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills, with experience overseeing competing priorities, and resource allocation for programs in a technical or business context.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with security or technology teams, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, roles, and responsibilities.
Experience with KPI/KRI development and their application to security and technology programs.
Proven ability to foster a collaborative, data-driven team environment focused on cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Experience leveraging automation tools or frameworks to streamline project management workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
