Boss Systems, LLC in Provo, Utah seeks for a full-time Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will perform the following duties, but not limited to: • Assist w/ planning, organizing, creating, and executing marketing activities for the company; • Establish positioning, identify target market, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments; • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking analysis to optimize accordingly; • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns; • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives; • Gather customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase client conversion, and generate more qualified leads; • Develop and order marketing materials; and • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and management, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Sat. and Sun. Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, professional studies, or closely related.
