Proficient in counseling clients, volunteers, and staff. Leadership and Support: Ability to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and emotional support to staff and volunteers. Prioritize individual needs over schedules. Leadership and Organization: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delegate responsibilities, and maintain high productivity and attention to detail. Educational Background: RN, RDMS, PA, or NP with an accredited associate's or bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in an Ob/Gyn office setting. Two years of experience in a pregnancy center or similar volunteer experience. Current Certification in Sonography - Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound, including proficiency with transducer equipment. Essential Functions / Duties: Patient Care:

Review patient intake forms and consent for medical services. Take relevant medical history and provide patient instructions. Perform pregnancy tests and limited obstetric sonograms with high-tech equipment, offering compassionate communication. Conduct STI screenings, treatments, and counseling. Provide pregnancy counseling, education, and referrals when a clinic advocate is unavailable. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, care plans, and follow-ups. Implement physician's orders and report changes in patient condition to physicians. Continuing Education:

Comply with state and professional licensing requirements and continuing education. Maintain CPR certification annually. Stay updated on sonography techniques and practices. Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences. Continue professional development in obstetrical, gynecological, and women's health care. Public Relations:

Represent the clinic in the community as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer. Participate in medical conferences for professional training and clinic-related practices.
