Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with marketing and business goals, focusing on demand generation.

• Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, websites, social media, white papers, use cases, email, and more.

• Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and insightful content that addresses the needs of our target audience.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings.

• Track and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve our content strategy.

• Manage the content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of all content pieces.

• Edit and proofread content to maintain high editorial standards and ensure accuracy.

• Develop content that supports the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration to conversion.

• Create case studies, customer testimonials, and other demand generation content to attract and retain potential customers.

• Work closely with the demand generation team to develop targeted content that drives lead generation and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Writer, or similar role, with a focus on demand generation.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.

• Ability to conduct thorough research and present complex information in a clear, concise manner.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of demand generation strategies and how to create content that supports these initiatives.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
