We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Social Media Community Manager & Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment. Contribute to the strategy and help oversee activation of our social media marketing efforts for brands in legacy channels like Instagram, Facebook and X. This role will be responsible for leading both proactive and reactive consumer response as well as supporting social strategy, and content creation for DORITOS within the internal agency team D3 at PFNA. The successful candidate will be a social media expert, adept in applying the latest best practices in social media content creation, copywriting, and consumer engagement across a broad spectrum of social media platforms.Responsibilities* Support development and implementation of social media communication strategies in support of brand objectives* Lead social media community management, delivering 1:1 consumer response that builds brand affinity and drives engagement* Support ad hoc social listening to deepen consumer understanding around specific topics and deliver insightful point of view back to Brand Team* Support the development original concepts designed to meet brand strategic objectives & brand standards across social channels* Craft engaging English language social media copy for legacy social channels including Instagram, X and Facebook* Stay informed of the latest social media related trends and best practices* Advocate for new ideas and approaches in support of continuous improvement / innovation* Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure necessary governance is in place to run social media programs and mitigate any undue reputational risk* Support creative brainstorms to inform monthly content calendars* Think creatively and translate those ideas into engaging pieces of digital content* Support social media analytics for assigned brands and contribute to report generation by team.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $114,000 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Undergraduate DegreePreferred Qualification:* Concentration in Marketing, Communications and/or New Media preferred* 1-2 years of experience working client-side in marketing or related discipline, at an ad or media agency, media platform, or publisher.* Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
