Bowery Residents Committee Residence Manager - 18-26 Redfern Ave in Queens, New York

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise 24/7 support staff, collect tenant rents, process leases and coordinate legal evictions, generate reports to funding sources, and assist director with administrative duties. Submit all required narrative and statistical reports, perform program administration functions. Assist Superintendent with oversight of building systems such as boiler, elevator, and HVAC system. Provide emergency first aid/CPR and/or NARCAN assistance when needed. Related duties as needed.

HOURS:

37.5 hours per week

  • Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    BA in related field preferred. HS diploma and two (2) years administrative experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with the mental ill and population at risk. Knowledge of tenant Pro. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

*Vaccination preferred but not required.
