Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Fulfillment Analyst in Racine, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting our North America Customer Fulfillment team in order management and customer deliveries. You will be required to maintain high levels of motivation, discipline, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks in alignment with company and customer expectations.

• Use independent judgement within the scope of authority for work governed by standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure outstanding service to all customers.

• Utilize system tools effectively to achieve order management goals.

• Address and respond professionally to all phone calls and emails from internal and external customers in a timely manner.

• Take necessary actions in response to customer requests and maintain complete and updated records reflecting actions taken.

• Generate reports for analysis as requested.

• Work independently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service skills is required.

• Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office Suites.

• Previous experience in providing training is desirable.

• Good email correspondence skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is beneficial.

• Prior experience in supervising a team would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software would be preferred.

• Workstation support skills would be considered a plus.

• Excellent phone presence is crucial.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access is desirable.

• Ability to understand and interpret financial notes is essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

• Experience in working with partners and external customers would be highly regarded.

• Ability to execute tasks and manage deliveries efficiently.

• Experience working with video conferencing tools would be a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP and other ERP solutions would be highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Standard Operation Procedure is essential.

• Ability to work onsite is required.

• Experience in contracting would be considered a plus.
