As a key member of the Customer Experience Account Management Team, This Sales Representative will manage SSL, PKI, and Identity software renewals, drive new sales within existing accounts, and increase market share.

How you will make an impact:

  • Day-to-day targeting, soliciting and closing of Renewal and Expansion sales. You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship, working with the Customer Acquisition Team, TSC’s, Support, Development, management and other cross functional teams to ensure your customer’s success.

  • Taking responsibility and ownership for analyzing market opportunities, growing the business, development of sales strategies, and forecasting within your territory

  • Clearly articulate Digital Security Solutions value proposition in relation to competitors and maintain thorough knowledge of Entrust products and sales strategies/objectives.

  • Accurately and timely maintaining pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) and reporting customer feedback on product enhancements to the broader team during weekly sales meetings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling products/services in the IT/Data Security market space

  • Proven expertise in relationship management with customers and/or other stakeholders

  • Proven ability to consistently over-achieve targets.

  • Previous success prospecting, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decisions-makers

  • Strong understanding of sales cycle, and post-sales follow-up.

  • Must be customer-focused and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills to better customer experience, enhance retail processes and efficiently leverage internal resources.

  • Experience with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account Management business to business experience selling products/services

  • Previous success prospecting, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with decisions-makers.
