Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Vice President, Tax and Treasury, this position’s primary responsibilities are listed below:

Responsibilities

• Daily banking responsibilities including positive pay, stop payments, wire and ACH transfers

• Daily cash movements, preparation of system postings and reporting

• Weekly and monthly preparation of compliance certificates

• Investment and Debt management/analysis including interest calculations

• Procurement Card administration

• Assist the Vice President with new payment type implementations and payment type analysis

• Facilitation of payments received in our corporate offices

• Monthly General Ledger account analysis

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting

• 4-5 years of corporate treasury experience

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Good communication skills

• Team Player

• Strong windows, excel, and word skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft or other web based accounting program is a plus.
