The RL Packaging Team is focused on delivering consumer product packaging for all RL products (Metaworks, Wearables, Accessories and new devices). We focus on packaging that is sustainable, design-focused, and enhances the customer experience. The RL Packaging team seeks a Technical Program Manager, Print & In-Box, who has strong experience as a program manager driving cross-functional deliverables and leading individual contributors. In this role you will be responsible for driving cross functional engineering and design teams to deliver in-box materials and printed content for a world class packaging OOBE. The Technical Program Manager, In-box & Print, is responsible for collecting cross-functional inputs, tracking/driving creative milestones, and delivering comprehensive in-box strategy, to support the creation and delivery of all inbox content and materials required for launch. You have a passion for problem solving and love developing strategic solutions to help creative teams accomplish bold things. This is a full-time position.

Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager, Packaging Print & In-box Responsibilities:

1. Program Management Lead for all inbox content on RL packaging products including VR, AR, MetaWorks, Wearables, Accessories and/or new device packaging

2. Lead collaboration within Packaging, PVG, Design, and XFN partners (product compliance, creative, packaging technical program management, ID, UXR, and more) to realize content on the packaging and in box

3. Establish and roll-out a program management strategy and process across teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional interactions and on-time deliverables

4. Accountable for end-to-end coordination of inbox content from product concept through launch

5. Accountable for the execution of the schedule and ensuring day to day activities of the program are executed

6. Represent cross-functional inputs in program review meetings

7. Responsible for prioritizing resources across the legal, design, engineering, and program management teams

8. Guide the team through ambiguous content definition, sourcing cross-functional inputs and influencing to find an optimized solution

9. Present program updates to XFN partners and leadership, distilling key program information and highlighting risks and recommended mitigations

10. Initiate escalations when needed to meet program deliverables

11. Recognize inefficiencies and directly drive implementation of process improvements and best practices for the direct XFN organization

12. 20% international and domestic travel

13. BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience

14. 5+ years of hands-on program management experience

15. Demonstrated proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles

16. Experience working with packaging suppliers, creative agencies, and vendor management

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
