Duties:

• Create food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetics;
• Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and likely number of customers;
• Produce authentic Thai sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;
• Produce foods using the company's signature recipes, as well as according to specialty requests;
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
• Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices; and

• Verify stock levels and order supplies.

   

Wage                      $47,000-51,000/year

Requirement:        2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
