Internal Customer Support
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in EMEA on a temporary (maternity cover) contract for a period of 9-12 months. The successful candidate will be required to support our Sales Team by assisting with multiple administrative tasks such as quoting, updating our CRM, and managing 3rd party suppliers.
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or data entry in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Extracting data from Excel / Using Pivot Tables and Vlookup is essential.
Works productively in a team environment.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with employees and customers at all levels.
Excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills.
Customer care is your second nature.
Commercial/Admin degree /Office Management background would be a plus.
Proactive, self-motivated, results driven.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Good organization skills with the ability to set the right priorities.
Language skills: fluent in English (written and verbally).
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
Preferred:
Experience dealing with customer inquiries by phone.
Prior experience with quoting and invoicing.
Experience in Oracle, or other CRM software.
Second language (German, French or Italian would be advantageous).Summary:In this role, your main duties will center around working with our approved suppliers to obtain 3rd party service costs when required. You will also assist in building Quarterly Business Reviews for Key Accounts, and in producing tailored service quotes to existing and new customers. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. Fluke will invest in your professional growth by providing you with training opportunities to keep you current in your field.
Contract: This is a temporary position for a period of 9-12 months.
