GE Healthcare SaaS Onboarding Lead in Remote, Arizona

As a wing-to-wing SaaS product onboarding team member, you will be a business process expert on SaaS capabilities. You will understand the various GEHC product portfolios and their current operational methods across different segments, mapping them to the SaaS capabilities and business flow. You will work collaboratively with teams from business units, regions, and functions, including IT, to drive this transformation. This role requires extensive process knowledge in SaaS/Subscription process flows within healthcare and industrial domains, the ability to promote process standardization, a focus on customer experience, executive presentation skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to influence senior leadership. Additionally, strategic thinking and conflict management skills are essential for implementing significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the regional segments to understand the product portfolio and current operations.

  • Provide expertise on SaaS capabilities, conduct interviews to conduct fit/gap assessments, and develop onboarding scope documents.

  • Create a cohesive roadmap across the segments' current and future digital products, focusing on SaaS processes.

  • Lead the business process engagements, alignments, and standardization for the products to be onboarded on the SaaS Digital Thread.

  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders on product structure definition and collaborate with the SaaS process team to develop the SaaS digital thread artifacts.

  • Develop business scenarios to support user acceptance testing and partner with the project managers and the Engineering team to onboard products on the SaaS Digital Thread.

  • Understand business KPIs baseline and measurement methodologies and develop target KPIs for each product working with the Segment leads.

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, center of excellence, and extended IT teams to influence, resolve conflict, problem solve, secure buy-in, alignment, and support for the transformation projects in your work.

  • Manage the project portfolio and initiatives that comprise the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and risk management.

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the program and regularly report on program performance to stakeholders with transparency, integrity & per expectations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting stakeholder feedback, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future iterations of the transformation program.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

  • 10+ years' working experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $148,000.00-$222,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE HealthCare will require proof of status prior to employment.
