Job Purpose Summary

• Establishing effective local OEM sales process, building up competitive OEM product portfolio, identifying/establishing solid relationship with local customer and effectively communicating with global manufacture/R&D/regulatory team.

What you will do

• 1. Customer development: Responsible for managing the company's domestic OEM business, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with OEM customers to ensure the achievement of performance objectives and sustainable growth.
• 2. Project management: Oversee all aspects of OEM projects, including product recommendations, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment, ensuring our OEM products remain competitive in the market.
• 3. Contract/price/scheme application: Take charge of handling contracts, pricing agreements, and customer demands within my jurisdiction to ensure smooth cooperation.
• 4. Inventory and receivables management: Adhere to sales management standards by effectively scheduling customer orders, reconciling accounts, and mitigating inventory and receivables risks.
• 5. Information gathering: Proactively collect customer information based on market trends while staying informed about competitors' products and strategies.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical chemistry or related field.

• The individual possesses knowledge and expertise in various types of stitches and materials used for needles.

• Excellent negotiating power.

• The ability to adjust to unpredictable travel situations.

• Enhanced proficiency in English communication and written expression.

• Possess over 3 years of extensive sales experience in serving major customers, with a solid understanding of medical device consumables and familiarity with the OEM business model in the medical device industry.
