As a Lead Data & Insights Analyst at

Cornerstone, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable

insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. This position combines technical expertise

with a deep understanding of data analytics and the ability to extra meaningful

insights from complex datasets. You will

work closely with cross-functional teams to undercover trends, inform

strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.

In This Role You Will:

• Compile and organize data with Services Leadership Team to support critical business decisions through custom reporting and dashboard creation using Tableau or other Tools

• Coordinate and prioritize Services’ team reporting requirements and requests related to Oracle, Kantata and SFDC, and build and test the reports and dashboards using Tableau.

• Identify anomalies in system data, analyze, and report.

• Participate in integration projects and data clean-up efforts cross-functionally with other teams and IT. Suggest appropriate methodologies based on knowledge of system data setups.

• Map data from / to various systems and maintain linkages between systems (i.e., sales order records between SFDC, Oracle, Kantata, etc.).

• Create presentations with data metrics to Leadership in a clear and concise manner.

• Prepare data reconciliations, cleaning, and maintenance between systems and assist in troubleshooting.

• Assist business teams in performing system testing and audits.

• Identify key metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate effectiveness of Cornerstone’s initiatives.

• Assist in special projects as needed.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:

• Accounting, Finance, IT, or other business degree.

• 5+ years of relevant data analytics and reporting experience.

• Experience in reporting and data analytics tools such as SFDC, PowerBI, and Tableau.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extra actionable insights.

• Demonstrated ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Consideration for privacy and security obligations.

Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have:

• Experience in the technology and/or software industry.

• Tableau Desktop Certification

• Tableau Public Profile

• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems implementations such as Salesforce.

• General accounting experience.
