ManpowerGroup Program Manager - Secret Clearance in Reston, Virginia

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical projects that contribute to national security. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote, preferred East Coast hours

18 Month Contract

$58-$60/hour

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Track progress against project plans and action items, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute sub-programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals.

  • Create and manage project materials, such as reports, presentations, and documentation, to facilitate working sessions and decision-making processes.

  • Regularly update project status to team members and stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and issues.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or software development environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Azure DevOps is a plus.
