The Opportunity:

As a CACI DTRA DA Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of a team consisting of up to 10 personnel. Your overall primary job responsibility consists of team oversight, management, and execution of contract requirements. You will provide support as part of an embedded team, as well as provided full reach-back capabilities and support. You will manage and maintain the schedule for support to the combatant commands and other TDYs, CONUS and OCONUS. This also includes ensuring all OCONUS requirements are met such as Visas, Pre-Travel Authorizations, and Letters of Authorization (LOA). You will enable DoD and interagency partners to hold threat actors at risk in support of Integrated Deterrence. You will support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and Interagency elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Team Leader, you will be part of a 40+ person team, and you will be one of the subordinate leaders under the Task lead.

  • You will be responsible for the management and development of the employees on your team.

  • You will assist in talent recruitment, selection and management.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring your team embraces the core tenants and CACI culture.

  • You will assist the task lead and government in develop relationships with Key leaders in your area of operations and key units your team supports. ​

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • Minimum of one year of experience working on the DTRA DA contract as either an operations integrator or an intelligence integrator.

  • Be recommend by the CACI-M&ES Leadership Board

  • Have attended one of the following CACI leadership courses: Emerging Leaders, Lead People or have started or completed the PMP certification requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience.

  • Attended at least one CACI professional development course or its equivalent with another company

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business related field

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
