Nestle Account Executive in Rhodes, Australia

The Opportunity

Unique opportunity as an Account Executive across all Grocery customers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Customer Business Manager to develop and execute our ambitious plans. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end management of our Field & activation plans, ensuring our agreed plans are effectively brought to life in store.

In addition, you will oversee Promotional Planning in accordance with the agreed Customer Strategy, manage our Trade Spend Accruals and take the lead in managing Customer marketing.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

This role is particularly suited to individuals with prior experience in Account or Field Management with a desire to progress a career in Sales. In this position your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ownership and coordination of Field Sales communication

• Collaborating with the Customer Business Manager, Infant and Health Science Business Units & Customer to execute our ambitious plans.

• Promotional management, within the agreed framework, in alignment with key customers.

• Partnering with Assistant Category Managers to ensure prominent visibility for our key promotions outside of the aisle.

• Working collaboratively within a leading sales organization.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• You will have strong commercial experience within a FMCG environment and have a proven capacity to effectively work with in a team as well as independently.

• The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a commercial environment (could be Category, Field Sales or Account Management)

• You will be a natural collaborator with a strong proactive mind-set and be able to influence those around you to drive your account growth.

• You will possess excellent presentation and strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key account/s to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.

• Your commercial approach and digital savviness will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.

• You are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.

• Experience using Circana, Synergy & Quantium data is highly regarded.

• You will need to be a people person, as you will regularly be in direct contact with the Assistant Category Managers at Woolworths and Coles.

• Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.
