Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Manager, Network Engineering (ref. Code 2024-99652 in Richfield, OH.

Duties: Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Track Jira workflow tool to access requests submitted, perform lead role to analyze the requirements in terms of Feasibility of network load balancing and DNS. Consult customer for best possible scenario to deploy applications. Build scripts and implementation of required changes following change management process. Handle load balancing system OS/Hot fix upgrades. Provide on-call support to troubleshoot any ongoing issues in load balancing environment. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Richfield, OH. Subject to Schwab's internal approach to workplace flexibility. .

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, plus 6 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Related skills may be required.
