Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support one of our insurance clients. This candidate will act as a product owner and lead the Underwriting scrum team. This team is involved in supporting systems involved in submission clearance, OCR, underwriitng, and finance capabilities. This team supports multiple stakeholders across the company, so the right candidate will need to be able to understand varied business needs and make prioritization recommendations appropriately. They are involved in strategic projects within OCR and IDP and work cross-functionally with the guidewire teams. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating the offshore teams of developers and QAs. This position sits remote and must work EST hours. The pay rate for this position is between $45-60/hr and is based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/ Product Owner

* Insurance Experience (property and casualty - commercial lines)

* Underwriting experience

* OCR and IDP exposure

* Strong PO skills and leadership experience * Bachelor's degree preferred

* Knowledge of Guidewire null
