Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team located in Richmond, Virginia, United States. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of bookkeeping using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all accounting operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Update and maintain financial records accurately

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary action

• Ensure efficient processing of all customer credit applications Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks

• Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes

• Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations

• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive

• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
