Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager focused on Real-time Payment System Implementation, operating entirely remotely. The role centers on the banking industry, specifically managing the transition of clients from the Zelle to the FedNow real-time payment system.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete process of transitioning banks and financial institutions from Zelle to FedNow, ensuring minimal disruptions and compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including setting timelines, milestones, and allocating resources.

• Identify potential risks and challenges during the migration process, devising strategies to mitigate them and ensuring issues are resolved promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.

• Stay updated on the latest regulations and compliance standards in the banking and financial services sector, particularly regarding real-time payment systems like FedNow and Zelle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology, operations, and compliance to facilitate smooth execution of the migration.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.

• Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and tools, promoting continuous improvement in project delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) is required.

• Must have experience in Contract Management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a key requirement.

• Must have knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology.

• Auditing skills are required.

• Must be well-versed in industry Best Practices.

• Experience in Change Management is crucial.
