Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team! As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computed tomography (CT) scanners, preparing patients for imaging procedures, and producing high-quality diagnostic images. You will work closely with radiologists, radiologists assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

*This is a 12 hour night shift position - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7pm to 7:30am**

As you would expect, as a CT Technologist you are responsible for X-rays, medical imaging, picture archiving and communication systems. CT Techs should hold patient safety in the highest reqard. Our CT Tech conduct CAT sacns to obatin detailed internal images.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.

• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.

• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.

• Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State

• Effective 07/01/2015, CT ARRT Certification is required.

• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

• Proficient computer skills.
