Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator (Saudi National) to join our team!

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation process within the organization. This role ensures that all documents are accurately maintained, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. The coordinator will implement and enforce document control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.

  • Ensure all documents are correctly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.

  • Coordinating with other departments and agencies to complete joint tasks and manage the distribution and retrieval of documents to and from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Review and update documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure document control requirements are met.

  • Train and support staff on document control procedures and systems.

  • Monitor and report on the status of document control activities.

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.

  • Maintain a document control database and ensure it is up to date.

What Required Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in public administration

  • Minimum 1 experience in document control or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to document control.

  • Data analysis using Excel, Effective Communication and Influence Course, Design Thinking Course,

  • Writing reports and administrative correspondence, Technical and Vocational Training Corporation,
