Job Duties Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping Provide support with benefits administration by answering questions and providing information Perform time card review for location Perform data entry and run reports when necessary Act as location accounts payable to assist accounting department with data entry Responsible for filing, recording and maintaining records Work Environment Office working environment Physical Requirements Sitting frequently Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely Experience & Qualifications High School education required.
