This position combines oversight and management of the university's position control process, financial reporting, and budget monitoring activities, as well as support for technical systems and process improvements. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in various reporting and budgeting functions, including the university's cost study submission to the State of Michigan's 

HEIDI database, general fund budget monitoring, and labor distribution reallocations. The position also involves coordinating and assisting with special projects related to Banner system testing, process improvements, and ongoing system implementations to streamline financial processes.
