Restaurant Manager - Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000/year

Adecco Search is recruiting a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant Manager for a vibrant restaurant in Rochester, NY . As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent food preparation, cleanliness, efficiency, and upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety guidelines, and operational standards.

• Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs to maintain profitability.

• Oversee restaurant equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing team.

• Create a positive, engaging work environment that reflects the brand's values and culture.

• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure proper coverage.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team development.

• Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

• Lead by example in demonstrating hospitality and a customer-first mindset.

• Monitor financial performance, analyzing sales, labor costs, and profitability.

• Implement strategies to increase revenue, streamline operations, and manage expenses.

• Support local marketing efforts and build lasting community relationships.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.

• 2-4 years of leadership experience, ideally in the service industry.

• Experience with financial management and Microsoft tools.

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success.
