Job Description: Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Project Specific: Responsible for performing high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex application that require a thorough knowledge of administrative, and technical skills. Directs and participates in all phases of system and network development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E). Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution. Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results. Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order Serves has Task leaders for all engineering efforts on program Task Order. Responsible for ensuring the quality and services delivered technical Task Key Responsibilities: Assist all engineering teams by providing technical support, project reviews and leadership as needed. Serve as key member of configuration control board by supporting and reviewing all engineering changes to the INOC network software and hardware. Serve as lead engineer and oversee implementation on special projects as assigned by the program manager in support of the customer. Attend all engineering related meetings and discussions, provide direction and input to ensure validity and timeliness of all related work. Serve as mentor and advisor to the engineering staff and advise senior program manager on all ongoing projects.
