Responsibilities
Your Mission: To Create a World of Wonder:
Design & Deliver: Develop and coordinate dynamic activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
Monthly Masterpiece: Plan and implement a captivating activity calendar that sparks excitement and anticipation.
One-on-One Magic: Provide personalized programming for residents who thrive in individual settings, creating meaningful connections.
Care Plan Champion: Participate in care plan reviews and document resident progress, ensuring every individual receives the support they need.
Event Extraordinaire: Coordinate unforgettable quarterly special events that bring together residents, families, and friends.
Resident Advocate: Uphold the Adult Care Home Residents' Bill of Rights, empowering residents to live their best lives.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in long-term care is a plus.
A genuine passion for working with seniors.
The ability to instruct, engage, and communicate effectively with residents.
Creativity, imagination, and a knack for bringing ideas to life.
A desire to make a difference.
