ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Lead Application Developers reporting to our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing software designs, including infrastructure specifications, software versions, and configurations. Integrate software designs into larger ecosystems and develop definitions for implementation and test procedures. Participate and collaborate with stakeholder for matters, including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement to assist in other aspects of projects. Develop and implement code fixes for critical defects and stoppages within Production. Ensure that all designs are compliant with the Agency tax specifications. Ensure that our HCM business partners are aligned with the Agency specifications.SALARY: $133,872 to $199,600 per yearWORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or employment experience determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service to meet the bachelor’s degree requirement.
