Flint Hills Resources Laboratory Coordinator in Rosemount, Minnesota

Your Job FHR Pine Bend is currently seeking an administrative assistant to support the laboratory as a Laboratory Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining laboratory inventory, making sure the lab is appropriately stocked with supplies and chemicals, as well as data entry and manipulation in a variety of databases such as Coupa, LIMS, Excel, SharePoint, & Visio. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, records management for the department, filing, material purchasing and vendor coordination, coordinating training and/or large group meetings, and general clerical support. Preferred candidates will possess strong organization, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to identify, develop and champion improvements in the laboratory team is greatly desired. In addition, the ability to excel in a multi-functional team and ability to prioritize multiple tasks is a must. Must be able to troubleshoot supply chain issues that arise and work with the lab team to find alternate solutions when necessary. The ability to maintain strong relationships with vendors and work closely with warehouse and procurement teams is key. This position is eligible for a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
