Description

We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will handle a range of responsibilities within customer service and employee relations, with a particular focus on maintaining compliance and facilitating effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment

• Oversee compliance matters and ensure all HR practices align with industry regulations

• Act as the primary point of contact for FMLA-related inquiries and applications

• Handle HR services, including reporting structures and leading orientation sessions

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management within HR systems, including ADP and Ceridian

• Utilize ATS for efficient and streamlined recruitment processes

• Manage benefit functions and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits

• Demonstrate effective communication, handling customer service duties as required

• Use tools such as Excel and Outlook for administrative tasks and scheduling

• Aid in the implementation and use of Dayforce within the organization

Requirements • Candidate must possess strong expertise in ADP - Financial Services, crucial for managing payroll and other financial aspects within the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is a requirement, as it is a key tool for HR management in our organization.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary, as it helps in efficient data exchange within the healthcare system.

• Working knowledge of Ceridian is essential, as it aids in human capital management.

• Experience with Dayforce is required, as it is integral to our workforce management processes.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is a must, as it aids in designing and implementing employee benefits policies.

• Exceptional communication skills are required, as they are crucial for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

• A strong grasp of compliance regulations in the healthcare sector is mandatory, ensuring all HR activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations is necessary, as it aids in fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) is required, as it is crucial for managing employee leaves and absences in accordance with legal guidelines. TalentMatch®
