Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Position: Litigation Associate Attorney (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil and commercial litigation disputes.

• Conduct initial case investigation to determine, in the client's best interest, if a lawsuit is warranted.

• Compose and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.

• Attend pre-trials, trials, hearings, and negotiation meetings.

• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect your clients and the operation of their businesses.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice in the State of Missouri.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil litigation and/or commercial litigation.

• Proven background in effectively managing a full caseload.

• Outstanding research and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
