ABOVE ALL PERSONNEL Contract Compliance Officer in Saint Louis, Missouri
Responsibilities:
- Develop RFPs, contracts and policies in cooperation with the Grants Administrator.
- Provide technical assistance to sub-recepients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and city policies, laws, rules and regulations and to improve service delivery.
- Serves as the lead for all contract monitoring nativities, including fiscal, programmatic, quality and chart audits.
- Ensure that all RFPs, contracts and policies are reviewed routinely.
- Oversee the application review process in response to RFPs/RFQs.
- Review contracts for compliance with insurance, bonding, license, taxes and related areas..
- Compile a profile of applicants with appropriate information, including service history, risk indicators and other information relevant to the grant approval process.
- Conducts a risk assessment of sub-reciepients through desk audits and programmatic monitoring.
- Analyze data and submits in report form.
- Reviews and process invoices and utilization reports.
- Coordinates and/or attend meetings as a city representative, prepares for bad/or conducts pre-proposal conferences.
- Compiles and/or supports required reporting and grant applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Valid Missouri Driver's License
