Role Outline/ Responsibilities

The Candidate will be fully delegated to work for ITER project and provide the expertise in the field of Risk and Opportunity Management.

The scope of work is of the following kinds:

· To lead and perform the monthly review cycle for Level 1 and Level 2 Risk and Opportunities, and quarterly review cycle for other Risk and Opportunities. These reviews have to be performed with the relevant stakeholders and the outcome of the reviews captured into the PROR, using the fields and comment sections.

· Continuous Maintenance of the PROR.

· Preparing and monitoring the progress of the Schedule of Risk and Opportunities,

· Attending and chairing various meetings for example Project Risk and Opportunity Management Working Group (PROMCWG) meetings, chaired by the head of the PCO, specific R&O workshops, CTMB or EPB meetings as appropriate. Preparing presentations and other materials and taking the minutes.

Deliverables:

· Perform monthly review and update of open Risk and Opportunities:

· Lead Risk and Opportunity identification sessions

· Produce monthly Risk and Opportunity Dashboards

· Administrator of the PROMC-WG (for Schedule Risk and Opportunities) and of the CSPT (for Cost and Savings)

· Cost and Savings analysis for major Risk and Opportunities.

· Risk and Opportunity identification

Here’s what you’ll need :

Qualifications & Experience

The minimum level of skills and experience requested to carry out the work are:

· A minimum of 5 years in Risk and Opportunity Management in major project for the relevant specific tasks; this experience should demonstrate the elements of risk and opportunity management including but not limited to facilitating reviews and workshops and the development and implementation of mitigation/enhancement actions.

· Experienced in Risk and Opportunity Management for large project with complex governance.

· Certification in R&OM by a recognised international professional association is desirable, such as by APM/IRM.

· IT skills: MS office, Very good knowledge of Excel, as well as Databases administration and Power BI;

Desirable:

· Nuclear experience

· French language
