Requirements: - Valid driver\'s license and access to transportation during the workday; will commute to various work-sites - Valid flagger certification - Three (3) months experience setting up job sites / construction industry Preferred: - Verifiable flagging experience preferred Employer notes: - Employer conducts a drug screen and a background check prior to first day of employment - Hours will be determined on work available; there is opportunity for possible duration to be extended depending on contracts - The person hired for this position will need to have knowledge to set up work zones - Worksites can vary based on contracts; between Eugene and Portland. - Fulltime; 32 or more hours per week depending on the employers need Job duties: - Control traffic flows in public works and construction areas and using paddles and two-way radios - Follow safety procedures - Operate two-way radio - Set up signs
