Summary

The Lead Shared Services Coordinator will provide administrative and accounting support for the Organic Trading domestic business. The core responsibilities will include payment/invoice processing for domestic rail and truck movements – accounts receivable/collection follow-up and business support.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Purchase/Sales Settlement Processing- includes ticket entry and contract application

• Farmer Payment Processing

• Accounting for Inventory locations- ticket entry, settlement processing, and reconciliation of inventory

• Review/correction of ticket interface issues

• Work with the merchandisers and scheduling planners to investigate load order discrepancies

• Assist with the research and resolution of past due accounts receivable

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

• AA Degree in Accounting or course work in accounting preferred

Experience Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of related business experience

• Understanding of standard software applications

• Excellent office, customer service, and written and oral communication skills

• Strong math and analytical skills

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

• Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings

• May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another

• May need to access files, supplies, and equipment

• Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment
