AMERICAN CYBER SYSTEMS INC Global Product Marketing Manager in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Global Product Manager is a critical role within the Marketing team for ICU Medical's Tracheostomy business unit. This position involves managing a defined product portfolio with support from the Marketing Director, leading high-priority projects, and collaborating cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders. The Global Product Manager drives growth, market penetration, and product lifecycle management globally while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Through market research, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative strategies, the role focuses on positioning ICU Medical as a leader in the healthcare market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global product strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Drive the commercialization process, including pricing strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales support materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling collateral (e.g., brochures, sales presentations, product catalogs, website content) and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Work closely with supply chain and sourcing teams to ensure continuity of supply in global markets.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional marketing and sales teams, providing guidance and support for successful product execution.
- Lead voice-of-customer activities and foster relationships with key opinion leaders and in dustry associations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product gaps, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams in event coordination, corporate objectives, and implementation of product initiatives.
- Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and market share.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of airway/respiratory products and of their use in acute and long-term care markets.
- In-depth understanding of global healthcare markets, medical device regulations, and the regulatory environment governing medical devices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and competitive intelligence, informing marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive presentations and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media, and search engine optimization.
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Financial acumen to assess revenue, margin, and quantity data for informed decision-mak ing.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams including (Marketing Directors, Global Product Managers, Regional Marketing and Sales Managers, RA/QA teams, and supply chain).
- Build strong relationships with external teams including (key opinion leaders, suppliers, industry associations, and customers).
Minimum Qualifications, Education, & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record in product management and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and driving measurable business outcomes.

- This is largely a sedentary role.
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
