Stryker Production Supervisor, Operations in Salt Lake City, Utah
What you will do-
This position is responsible for operations activities related to the manufacturing of medical devices. Responsible for producing, tracking and managing the associated metrics, including Quality, Customer Service, Cost, People Development and Innovation for the responsible area.
Focus on leading the team, creating a Quality First Culture and meeting quality expectations
Drive Lean Efforts and Team engagement to meet the overall business result
Support business growth through manufacturing transfer, new product development, and process and employee development
What you need-
Bachelor’s degree - preferred
4 years of experience (6 years of experience in lieu of degree) - required
2 years experience in medical device or other highly regulated industry - preferred
2 years experience in a supervisory role - preferred
Lean/Six Sigma experience - preferred
System experience such as SAP, MES - preferred
Working knowledge & understanding of general Quality System & ISO 9001 requirements
Working knowledge and understanding the overall business process from material receiving to finish goods shipping
Demonstrated Strong leadership skills
